Can you read music

OK   Everyone should be aware that California is a state that has no money. And I have written before they should let the state burn and slide off into the ocean. Now I read they are spending money to cut grooves into the highway.  As you travel across it at 55mph, it will hum a tune back at ya.

 

The article didn't really explain a good reason for this but I have to think that some funky Valley-Girl came up with the idea. Can you think of anything more stupid then this.

 

I have visions of hard-hats standing around with concrete saw's and a workorder.  As a pretty girl walks by the hard-hats look up at her,-SMILE-, and instead of a whistle you hear this.
