We just didn't think this one through!
Last weeks ride down the stock slide sure was fun was it not. I'm hoping all of ya have sat back now and taken in a good breath of air over the weekend so we can do it again.
Anyway I've been think about that $700 billion (and climbing) voted into action this month that did nothing to stop the bleeding so far. Why did we need so much money to fix such a small problem.
The thing is, we were all bilked by our voted-in senators and congressmen.
We just didn't think this one through.
The only thing we needed to do, is phase 2 of the stimulus package and it is simple and straight forward. The check wasn't big enough! This time around the check needs to be in those dollars, Jed Clampett was paid in.
You all remember that right? Jed was sitting at the table in his log cabin and Granny was in the back ground. They were explain to Aunt Peril they was to be paid in some kind of new dollars for their oil. After much discussion about it, Granny turns around and looks at Peril and states, “We're going to paid in some kind of million dollars.”
So there ya go, we each should get a stimulus package check from the government for 1 million dollars each and I mean each legal citizen. Just think of the cash flow we would have within 2 weeks and it would be cheaper then the $700 billion bail-out those sleazy money managers and cheating CEO's stole.
Now your looking at your screen as if I'm a nut but think of this.
If we sucked it up --- sent each living person within the USA a check for ONE MILLION DOLLARS --- it would only cost ourselves a little over 305 million. That is the estimated head count as of today.
Just think about it! We would be putting the ABC "MOVE THAT BUS" Show off the air cause most people would be living in a new home and it would be paid for.
God I love fixing these world problems with simple logic.
PS: I recommend you vote each and every senator/congressmen out of office. It's time to sweep the floors clean cause the jerks there now are sleeping on the job
I watched that one guy on TV this weekend and he stated he chaired the government OVERSIGHT committee for the monitary system. What the hell was he OVERSEEING.
