My next mower

Just got done mowing the yard.  Took me about 4 hours today because of issues.  After all the years of mowing, I turned around on my big mower to get off the road and back onto the yard when all of a sudden that machine sounded like it was going to tear itself apart and take me with it.

When I finally got it shut down I found the power take-off had decided to come off and that's that.  No major damage but it will take my son to assist getting it back on.

I then went back to the shed to get the John Deere rider as I wasn't going to let the front look terrible. It was only half done.  I drove it to the front and started in again. Didn't go 50 ft when I got stuck in a mud hole with it. ( Did i tell ya it has rained a lot around here).

So I had to get Ruth to drive it while I assisted in pushing.  Got it out without a issue.

As I was finishing the lawn, I was thinking maybe it was time to move to town.

Reason are 

·     Awful big yard to mow

·     Gas cost me $75.00 dollars just to fill the cans for mowing 1st time.

·     Back hurts from riding mowers.

·     Ears ring from listening to mowers and motors.

·     Weeds seem to grow faster then mowing time alows.

·     Own 4 mowers and 3 are broke down now.

  

So I am think about all that and thinking of any reason not to move to town and all I could think of was I still liked to mow but I'm not getting any younger.

So tonight I searched the internet for a riding mower that I could use in my golden years.
